SneakerrHub Return and Refund Policy

Scope and Intent

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the SneakerrHub website.


Return Window

Customers in the United Kingdom have the right to cancel their purchase and return the product within 7 days of receipt by providing specific reasons.


Return Instructions

  1. Return Notification:
    To initiate a return, contact our customer service at support@sneakerrhub.com with your order number and a detailed reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization:
    Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide detailed instructions for the return process.


Packaging and Shipping

  1. Packaging:
    Securely pack the item in the original packaging with all labels and tags attached.

  2. Postage Slip:
    Email your return postage details to support@sneakerrhub.com once dispatched.


Return Costs

  • For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind):
    Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Specific Return and Refund Conditions

  • Change of Mind:
    Acceptable within 7 days, provided the item is unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs apply.

  • Defective Goods:
    Contact our customer service immediately if your item is defective. Instructions for return or replacement will be provided.

  • Damaged Goods:
    Email photos of the damage within 48 hours of receipt. We’ll assess the case, and return shipping costs will not apply if approved.

  • Incorrect Product Received:
    Contact us, and we will ensure the correct product is sent at no extra cost.

  • Product Never Arrived:
    If your order hasn’t arrived, contact us to initiate an investigation with the courier. A full refund or replacement will be provided if the item is not found.

  • Order Cancellation:
    Orders can be cancelled before shipment. If already shipped, follow the return procedure after receipt.


Policy for Damaged or Defective Goods

Report damaged or defective items within 48 hours. Send clear photos to customer service. Upon approval after inspection, we will provide a replacement or full refund.


Policy for Non-Damaged Goods

  • Change of Mind Returns:
    Accepted under conditions stated above. The customer bears return costs.


Timelines

  • Return Period: Items must be reported and shipped back within 7days of receipt.

  • Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within  7days of receiving and inspecting the return.

  • Approval Conditions: Refunds are approved for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. Defective or incorrect items are refunded after inspection.

  • Refund Period: Approved refunds take up to 7days to process.

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.


Exceptions to the Return Policy

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Hygiene products (e.g., socks, underwear) unless unopened and unused
